The shipping suspension and big delay by Japan Post due to COVID-19 to major countries are still going on, but with all your kind support, we can now offer better shipping fee for DHL World Express and Fedex Priority Service instead of US$19, we can now offer the below rate!

Q: How much is the shipping?
[Group A (by Fedex or DHL)]
Asia, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand:
- Order below US$50: US$15 flat rate.
- Order over US$50: US$10 flat rate
Order over US$85: US$5 flat rate
- Order over US$100: Free shipping (use code FREESHIPPING at checkout)

Mexico, Middle East, Central and South America and Africa: US$35 flat rate.

Q: Do you offer Japan Post at all?
As of August 23rd, we offer Japan Post for Singapore, Germany, Netherlands and United Kingdom.  You can check the shipping rate of your country at checkout or please contact us for more information.  Japan Post normally updates their latest international shipping situation once a month, so we will re-evaluate and add/remove countries to this list at the end of each month.

Q: Do you provide tracking number?
After placing order, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information at every check-in process until the package arrives.

Q: How long do you take to dispatch my order?
All orders are shipped from Tokyo Japan within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.

Q: How long does shipping take (Fedex/DHL)?
- Asia: 2 - 3 days
- USA and Canada: 3 days
- Europe: 3 - 5 days
- Australia and New Zealand: 3 - 5 days
- Middle East: 3 - 5 days
- South America: 7 days+
- Africa: 7 days+

Q: When will you start offering Japan Post to currently suspended countries?
When the suspension is lifted for most countries, we will re-evaluate the shipping method and will inform you in our email newsletter and Instagram.

Q: Can you hold order?
Yes.  Upon request, we will hold order up to 4 weeks.  Please contact us within 12 hours from your first order.  If you are placing 2nd order, we will cancel the shipping charge for the 2nd order.
