Temporally Shipping Fee due to COVID-19

Due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic and significant decrease in international flights between Japan and overseas countries, Japan Post has temporarily suspended their international postal services to multiple countries.  Also the delivery to those countries without suspension is currently very slow for the same reason.  As a result, we cannot offer our usual shipping method at the moment.  We now offer DHL World Express and Fedex Priority Service as alternative.

With the new shipping option DHL and Fedex whose shipping fee is much more expensive than Japan Post, unfortunately we cannot offer the same shipping fee we offered in our shop.  However, as we started our little shop to offer an online shop where people living overseas can enjoy stationery shopping as if they were living in Japan, and offering a reasonable shipping fee for you is very important for our goal, we now offer the below temporally shipping method with support.  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS.  Please read until the end for the support discount code.

Q: How much is the shipping?
- To Asia, Middle East, Europe, North America and Oceania, it's US$19 flat rate.
- To Mexico, Central and South America and Africa, it's US$35 flat rate.

Q: Do you provide tracking number?
After placing order, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information at every check-in process until the package arrives.

Q: How long do you take to dispatch my order?
All orders are shipped from Tokyo Japan within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.

Q: How long does shipping take?
It will take about 3 to 7 days depending on where you live.

Q: When will you start offering Japan Post shipping?
When the suspension is lifted for most countries, we will re-evaluate the shipping method and will inform you in our email newsletter and Instagram.

Q: Do you support shipping?
Yes.
