Bread Letter Set - Anpan
Anpan is a Japanese very popular sweet roll most commonly filled with red bean paste or other fillings such as white beans, green beans, sesame and chestnuts etc. Anpan was first made in 1875 by a samurai Yasubei Kimura, who lost his job due to the dissolution of the samurai as a social class.
