This is a postcard of adorable Shiba dog and chirashizushi from "Shiba in Spring" collection by a Japanese artist Natsuka Murata known for her beautiful watercolor illustrations of a cute shiba dog enjoying each season.

Chirashizushi is one of sushi style consisting of rice topped with a variety or raw fish and vegetable.  The word "chirashi (散らし)" means "to scatter", and fish and vegetable bits are scattered all over the rice.
